Ports of Call…

REYKJAVIK – Iceland

Lost in its legendary mists, the capital of Iceland with 100,000 inhabitants has the appeal of a little provincial town. The purity of the air is as gripping as the ever present arctic terns, geese and wild ducks right in the centre of the city ! You will be charmed by the natural sites, reflecting exceptional geological phenomena.

GRUNDARFJORDUR – Iceland

From this village located at the end of a fjord surrounded by high volcanic mountains, you will set forth to discover the ancient volcanoes of this region. At the foot of Mount Kirkjufell, this little town of 1,000 inhabitants is the largest port in Iceland. Many sailors lived here and constructed the first catholic church of the country.

AKUREYRI – Iceland

Capital of the North and third city of Iceland, Akureyri is situated 100 kilometres within the Arctic Circle. It is the meeting place of all Icelanders who want to watch the magnificent spectacle of the Midnight Sun. Its coloured houses, position at the end of a magnificent fjord, and lush green setting making Akureyri a very agreeable call.

LERWICK – Shetland Islands

With nearly 7,000 inhabitants, this town, situated on the island of Mainland, is the capital of the Shetland Islands. Its fort, heritage of the Vikings, is a very interesting site.

KIRKWALL – Orkney Island

Capital of the Orkneys, the town is known all over the world for its whisky distilleries. Its mediaeval cathedral of St Magnus is one of the most harmonious in Scotland.

INVERGORDON – Scotland
Misty mountains, castles... here you are in the heart of Scotland. Here you will learn more about the legend of Macbeth, who, so the story goes, assassinated King Duncan.

EDINBURGH – Scotland
The pulse of Scotland is to be found in this wonderful city where hospitality is second nature. Pubs, typical streets, magnificent monuments. Immerse yourself in the heart of the Scottish capital to understand its many faces.

NEWCASTLE – UK

Bubbling with life, Newcastle is built on the steep banks of the river Tyne. The centre can be explored on foot. As you walk along the quaysides you will find the Bridge on the Tyne, the guildhall and Bessie Surtees'House...

ZEEBRUGGE – Belgium

Discover the expansive beaches of the North Sea or choose an excursion to Bruges, the Flemish Venice, one of the most beautiful mediaeval cities of Belgium.
