Ports of Call…

MOSKENES,
Lofoten – Norway

You will never tire of the Lofoten Islands if you love wild vistas and unforgettable sights. You will catch sight of the austere and craggy mountain chain which stands against the clouds before you reach Moskenes, a little village nestled at the foot of the sheer peaks.

TROMSO – Norway

Ancient capital of fishing and whaling is today a young and vibrant city, maintaining an authentic quality through its wooden buildings and typical old houses. As for its cultural richness, this can easily be seen at the polar museum and the peoples' museum of Tromso.

ALTA – Norway

This capital of slate, the last town before the North Cape, Alta is home to one of the most bautiful regions of engraved cave art in Europe.

HONNINGSVAG – Norway

Situated on the northernmost island of Norway, this lively fishing port is the home port of many trawlers. The town is home to the North Cape museum which reveals the very distinctive life of this region.

SPITZBERG – Norway
Its natural riches perfectly preserved, Spitsbergen is one of the northernmost lands in the world.

Welcome to the kingdom of petrels, gulls, puffins, terns and guillemots, of walrus, mottled seals and belugas... and of course, polar bears.

MAGDALENE BAY,  Spitsbergen – Norway

The scenery is extraordinary : sheer mountains, blue tinged glaciers, their giant sides cracked and captivating to behold, or little icebergs with a few seals relaxing on their surface…

AKUREYRI – Iceland

Capital of the North and third city of Iceland, Akureyri is situated 100 kilometres within the Arctic Circle. It is the meeting place of all Icelanders who want to watch the magnificent spectacle of the Midnight Sun. its coloured houses, position at the end of a magnificent fjord, and lush green setting making Akureyri a very agreeable call.

GRUNDARFJORDUR – Iceland

From this village located at the end of a fjord surrounded by high volcanic mountains, you will set forth to discover the ancient volcanoes of this region.

REYKJAVIK – Iceland

Lost in its legendary mists, the capital of Iceland with 100,000 inhabitants has the appeal of a little provincial town.
