Job
summary
Responsible for providing human
resources services for all the company's branches. These
services consist of planning, maintaining, directing and
evaluating different aspects of human resources inside the
company.
Responsible for administering assigned benefits plans, i.e.,
medical insurance, pension, etc., including counseling and
enrolling staff into these plans. Investigates and resolves
problems or issues between employees and insurance carriersSummary
of essential job functions
1. Provides
guidance to department managers and employees on employment
policies, practices and procedures inside the company as
well as other applicable laws (Labor law and social
insurance law). Assists departments with staffing issues
related to reorganization.
2. Recruits,
screens suitable applicants for positions. Develops outside
recruiting sources, i.e., recruitment agencies, search
firms, etc. Participates in community activities, i.e.,
career fairs. Writes job postings and classified
advertisements. Documents recruiting activities.
3. Guides
departments and employees in resolving employee relations
issues.
4. Develops,
presents and supports the company's staff training and
development program. Works with departments to identify
specific training needs.
5. Administers
the payroll system.
6. Administers
assigned benefit plans, including determining an employees
eligibility and/or contribution level, enrolling employees
and their dependents in the plans, processing claims,
maintaining proper documentation, etc. Corresponds with
employees or employees departments concerning benefits
continuation/terminations, etc.
Minimum
requirements
- University
degree in human resources management or an equivalent
combination of training and experience in human resources.
- Knowledge
of employee relations, job evaluation and employment
policies
- Knowledge
of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
- Good
command of English. (French is an asset).
- Good
command of computer skills.
- At
least one year experience in human resources.
Preferred
requirements

Master's level or higher.
