Job summary

This role is responsible for the handling of all telephone calls, faxes, visitors, couriers..

Summary of essential job functions

  • Responding quickly and accurately, by telephone, to incoming telephone enquiries from customers, and regional offices;
  • Responding quickly and accurately, by telephone, to incoming written enquiries.
  • Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or department.
  • Take telephone messages for the staff.
  • Greet visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Type a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos.
  • Responsible to assist visitors and direct them to appropriate areas. 
  • Composes and types memos, form letters, reports etc. 
  • Receives and distributes incoming mail.
  • Screens incoming phone calls and directs to appropriate areas. 
  • Handling All reception issue
  • Handling couriers issue
  • Receives and distributes incoming Faxes

Minimum requirements

  • University Graduate (BA or any equivalent)

  • Fresh graduates, with some experience would be plus.

  • English language, as minimum.
