This role is responsible for the handling of all telephone
calls, faxes, visitors, couriers..
Summary
of essential job functions
-
Responding quickly and accurately, by telephone, to
incoming telephone enquiries from customers, and
regional offices;

Responding quickly and accurately, by telephone, to
incoming written enquiries.

Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the
appropriate individuals, divisions or department.

Take telephone messages for the staff.

Greet visitors to the facility, answer questions and
direct them to the appropriate individuals.

Type a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos.
-
Responsible to assist visitors and direct them to
appropriate areas.

Composes and types memos, form letters, reports etc.
-
Receives and distributes incoming mail.
-
Screens incoming phone calls and directs to appropriate
areas.

Handling All reception issue
-
Handling couriers issue
-
Receives and distributes incoming Faxes
Minimum
requirements
-
University Graduate (BA or any equivalent)
-
Fresh graduates, with some experience would be plus.
-
English language, as minimum.
