Job
summary
Manages sales activities
including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer
relations, and related financial performance.
Supervises sales
executives and monitors sales in relation to goals.
Prepares and delivers
sales materials; attends exhibits and other promotional
opportunities.
Summary
of essential job functions
1. In
charge of pricing on Daily basis, Must obtain authorizations
for Rates he or she Quotes as per pricing
system.
2. Perform
daily sales visits, Reporting on daily basis to his direct
supervisor with results of visits to conclude Biz
3. Target
new clients on daily bases, Ensuring that weekly plan
includes new clients
4. Submit
weekly visit plans for his direct supervisor copy to Exp
Mgr, Names of clients to be visited is to discussed during
daily meeting with staff
5. Make
a Meeting with Asst Sales Mgr, To discuss achievement of
daily target & problems
6. Follow
up Big and Medium clients Flow of Business, Troubleshooting
problems on daily basis Leasing with Exp Asst Mgr
7. Follow
up Competition rates, A PIC should be in charge of making a
weekly report and all team members to forward competition
rates to him
8. Monitor
Market & Competition Rate policy & Changes, Reporting this
to the PIC in the team in charge of collecting Competition
Info for use of all team
9. Submit
a Daily Report, Including CLIENTS Visited and means to
secure biz and needed approvals from higher Mgrs according
. to hierarchy and through talks between Mgrs

and receiving procedures and documentation requirements.
