summary
To
assist the Branch Manager in direct, maintain & develop
the staff in CMA CGM Cairo Branch.
Summary of essential job functions
-
To
assist the Branch Manager in the control and
organization of the day-to-day running of the branch.
-
To
assist the Branch Manager and to have a clear
understanding of the daily, weekly and monthly direction
and organization of the business.
-
To
ensure all Company systems are fully utilized and
maintained.
-
To
maintain all Company service standards are kept high
profile.
-
To
deputize in the absence of the Branch Manager in the
administrative activities.
-
To
assist the Branch Manager, where appropriate, in the
training, appraising and disciplining of all staff
within the Branch.
-
To
be aware of Company standards and regulations as
outlined in the Staff Handbook.
-
To
assist the Branch Manager in the control of all staff as
to ensure the appearance, manners and approach of
staff create the right impression within the branch.

Updating
Weekly Agenda for Branch manager.
-
Preparing
for meetings and collecting minutes of meetings to
report them and control it’s obligation
-
Updating
Company correspondence format to appear in the
professional way the company seeks.

Making
needed presentation for the company.

To
ensure a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient
attitude is maintained throughout the office when
dealing with clients face-to-face or over the telephone,
so as to enhance the professional image of the Company
and provide a high quality of service

To
ensure that all telephone enquiries are dealt with
effectively through the receptionist.
-
To
assist the Branch Manager in ensuring and in monitoring
all office systems, making sure they are being fully
utilized so that the office runs efficiently and
smoothly.

To
ensure having regular communication with the vendor to
update company with any new information.
-
To
be aware of the requested mission and to achieve
it on weekly/monthly basis
-
To
improve knowledge of the business and personal and
management skills.
-
To
carry out any other task as requested by the Branch
Manager.
Reporting
-
Reporting
weekly and monthly activities as required by the
Branch Manager.
-
Report
back any problems or complaints to the Branch Manager
